Carers SA will be organising an online workshop to be held on Tuesday 18th August from 10am-12noon. The interactive workshop is for any service provider who supports unpaid carers directly or indirectly in their work/roles. Topics to be discussed include:
- How to best to identify Carers with whom you engage
- Build Understanding of Carers’ support and services
- Include gaps in services and to share best working practice
This includes Young and Adult Carers, who provide support support for someone in their lives with a disability, dementia, a chronic health condition, a life-limiting illness, a mental health condition, drug or alcohol dependence, or to someone who is frail due to age..
