GROW: MUSIC AT THE CENTRE

Grow is a community based organisation that has helped thousands of Australians with their recovery from mental ill-health, through a unique program of mutual support and personal development. Every Friday afternoon from 4pm-6pm, Grow hold a Music at the Centre session at The Grow Centre, 1/355 Brighton Road, Hove. Bring your instrument or voice for an enjoyable, fun afternoon.
